Mixing and Application
Mixing Procedure
- Ensure the surface is clean, stable, and free from dust, oil, grease, paint, or loose particles.
- Fix chicken mesh at RCC and masonry junctions before plastering.
- Pre-wet the substrate adequately before application.
- Add approximately 6–7 liters of clean water per 40 Kg bag.
- Gradually add Insta Poly Plast into the water while mixing continuously.
- Mix thoroughly using a mechanical mixer or manually until a lump-free consistency is achieved.
- Allow the mix to stand for a few minutes for proper additive activation.
- Remix briefly before application.
Application Method
- Apply the prepared plaster evenly on the surface.
- Level the plaster using appropriate plastering tools.
- Maintain recommended plaster thickness.
- Finish the surface using a wooden or steel float as required.
