INSTA POLY PLAST is a premix Polymerized Drymix Mortar designed for plastering on internal & external walls and ceilings. It is composed of dry graded sand, fibers, cement and specialized additives in the right proportion.
Insta Poly Plast has an ability to provide excellent crack resistance, which helps to ensure the longevity of the plastering. Additionally, it has waterproofing properties that make it ideal for use in areas that are prone to moisture such as bathrooms and kitchens.
Insta Poly Plast is manufactured using strict quality checks and is made in PLC controlled machines in adherence to the relevant IS code.

Mixing and Application

  • Chicken Mesh shall be fixed on all RCC and Block work junctions before Plastering.
  • Surface should be cleaned so that no foreign particle is available on the surface.
  • Pre-wetting of wall should be done.
  • For mixing, mix Insta Poly Plast with 16 to 18% of water by weight(approx. 6 to 7 ltrs per 40kg bag).
  • First mix for 5-10 minutes by hand or electrical mixer to mix homogeneously.
  • Allow mortar to stand for next 5 minutes so that additives may react with water.
  • It is advisable to treat RCC Surface with dash coat after application of bonding coat.
  • Application of Plastering and levelling as per desired coats keeping 3 days intermediate interval of curing.
  • Curing to be done 2 to 3 times a day for 5-7 days after final coat to get the desired strength from plastering alternatively Curing Compound to be used.

Do's & Don'ts

  • 1. Use all the contents of Bags in one go, remaining material will get hard if in contact with air.
  • 2. Appropriate quantity of Mortar shall be made which should be consumed within 60 to 90 minutes.
  • 3. Always add Powder to Water and never add water in powder.
  • 4. Do not add additional water for better workability.
  • 5. Remaining material from previous mix must not be added in the new mix because of difference in plastic strength of two mix.
  • 6. Do not use any dry material after plastering as it may get cracked.
  • 7. External plastering to be done in 2 coats.
  • 8. Strictly not recommended for fixing on Gypsum Plaster, Metal and Wood.

  • In case of contact with eyes, wash with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.
  • After finishing of work, wash hands using soap.
