The mix contains a blend of graded sand / minerals, fine and coarse aggregate, cement, and specialized chemicals that are carefully proportioned to achieve the desired strength and workability. This ensures a consistent mix every time, which makes it easier to achieve the desired results.
Insta Bagcrete is made from a PLC controlled machine and undergoes strict quality checks. Insta Bagcrete offers a convenient, reliable, and high-quality solution for concrete and it is suitable for use in residential, commercial, infra and industrial works.

Mixing and Application
- Clean the surface to make it free from dust, loose particles and foreign material.
- For mixing, mix Insta Bag crete with addition of approx. 5 to 6 liters of water in 50 Kg Bag.
- Use vibrator or tampered the shuttering as per necessary good concreting practise.
- Mix first for 4-5 minutes by hand or electrical mixer to mix homogeneously.
- Allow mortar to stand for next 2-3 minutes so that additives react with water.
- Wet the surfaces before laying concrete.
- The surface should be cured as per good concreting practice alternatively use curing compound.
Do's & Don'ts
- 1. Use all the contents of Bags in one go, remaining material will get hard if in contact with air.
- 2. Maintain proper consistency of water in mix for achieving proper strength.
- 3. Use proper Vibrator or compacting of wet concrete.
- 4. Do not add additional water for better workability.
- 5. Appropriate quantity of Mortar shall be made which should be consumed within 60 to 90 minutes.

- In case of contact with eyes, wash with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.
- After finishing of work, wash hands using soap.
