Insta Poly Crete
Ready Mix Polymer Mortar
INSTA POLY CRETE is a versatile, non-shrink, cementitious mortar that is designed for repairing irregular RCC profiles of RCC elements. It is a single pack premix that can be applied by trowel or by hand, making it easy to use. The product is suitable for use on horizontal, vertical, and overhead surfaces, without the need of any form / shuttering work.
The composition of Insta Poly Crete includes cement, polymers, dry graded minerals or aggregates, PP or glass fibers, and specialized additives in appropriate ratios to achieve its superior strength. The product is made after strict quality checks and is manufactured from a PLC controlled machine.
Insta Poly Crete offers several benefits. Its non-shrink properties ensure that there is no reduction in volume during the curing process, which helps to prevent cracks. It can be used for a range of repairs, from minor surface damage to more significant structural repairs.

Area of Applications
- RCC Surface - Overhead and Vertical Sections.
- It can also be used as a filler material for Tie Rod Holes, Repairing of Honey Combed Structures, Voids greater than 10mm, etc .
- Overhead Surfaces.
- Ceiling Surface.
Instant Poly Crete Coats
- In Single coat maximum thickness should be applied 10-15mm.
- Multiple Layer Coats to be applied if thickness required is more than 20mm.
Mixing and Application
- Clean the surface and remove loose concrete, dust, oil, paint, grease, waterproof coating, etc. Expose corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scale and corrosion deposits
- Apply Rust Remover for rust free Bars.
- Saturate the substrate with water to prevent absorption of water from the mixed material. In case of a very old concrete substrate, it should be primed by applying one coat of Poly BOND + WATER (1:1) as Bonding Agent.
- For mixing, mix Insta Poly Crete Mortar with approx.4.25 to 4.5 ltrs per 25kg bag.
- First mix for 5-10 minutes by hand or electrical mixer to mix homogeneously
- Allow mortar to stand for next 5 minutes so that additives react with water.
- Insta Poly Crete shall be applied with Trowel or with Hand application.
- Curing to be done 2 to 3 times a day for 5-7 days after final coat to get the desired strength alternatively Curing Compound to be used.
Do's & Don'ts
- 1. Use all the contents of Bags in one go, remaining material will get hard if in contact with air.
- 2. Appropriate quantity of Mortar shall be made which should be consumed within 60 to 90 minutes.
- 3. Always add Powder to Water and never add water in powder.
- 4. Do not add additional water for better workability.
- 5. Remaining material from previous mix must not be added in the new mix because of difference in plastic strength of two mix.
- 6. Strictly not recommended for fixing on Gypsum Plaster, Metal and Wood.
